Resilient and Secure FTP Service

FTP-Stream Business is a secure and reliable hosted FTP service to transfer and share large files in mission critical workflows.

FTP-Stream Business provides secure FTP using SFTP, FTPS and HTTPS. Our Encryptions module enables browser based secure file transfer over HTTPS as well as SFTP and FTPS using FTP software.

Secure File Areas

Your site users are jailed to their home file areas with no visibility outside. No customer or other site user can see files intended for another, and only the site administrator can share folders with other users.

Advanced Password Security

The FTP-Stream Access Tools Module provides control over user password policy allowing you to force password change on first use; force periodic password change and force strong passwords.

System security and External Threats

FTP-Stream production runs from highly secure tier 3 data centers at our three global locations, all protected by advanced electronic and physical security.

FTP-Stream is fully firewall protected and runs on Solaris 10 – widely regarded as the most stable and secure operating system. We take all available measures to block any external threats such as password scans, denial of service attacks, etc.

Data Persistence and Backups

Customer data is backed up onsite. Backups are accessible to the customer and are retained for 12 weeks. Customer data is never copied outside the chosen data center and no persistent copies are retained.

Service Uptime

FTP-Stream is central to mission critical workflows for our customers worldwide. All production systems and services are configured in failover pairs. Our 12 month uptime ratio is 99.96%.
